With 40-50lbft missing too!
40-50lbft will have a massive effect on in gear acceleration no doubt, but how much difference do you think this will make on the 1/4 mile and the final terminals though?
As i said in the other thread, if the torque is being cut by the DSG, it will no doubt be limited when it would normally be peaking so between 3000-4500rpm before the torque drops sufficiently not to be effected by the DSG limiters.
So maybe during the initial part of the launch, id imagine that 50lbft could effect it a little(although 4.1 seconds is hardly slow
), but once you redlining in every gear, surely when it moves up a cog and the revs drop, the rpm would be above where the torque would be suffering torque limitation.
Have you got a graph? What is your torque being limited to?
