We must be due an update soon?  When do you reckon you will move to the LOBA setup?

All in good time Sy.

I will be moving to a different engine and DSG software soon to help me on to the next stage.

Ill ask again in a week    When do you plan to have it fully complete,  I presume the summer?

The plan is to get everything sorted before Inters. I'm just enjoying making my decisions and the car at the moment. There have been a few unhappy glitches along the way, but that is more about being let down by a company's product and VW than anything else. :fighting:

Hurdy when are fitting the the S3 alloy rear subframe?
Also are you considering the TT front lower control arms and hubs? Kerschers front fenders would loke great on you car  :P

S3 only came with a steel subframe iirc.  Just the R32 that was alloy.

Thx Alex, i couldn't understand where Michel's alloy rear subframe were from, thought S3 could come with both  :happy2:

Over the top mod list ;o)

So far ive not seen an S3 with alloy subframe, but there may be S3's with them.  EKTA doesnt have them as an option as I looked into it a while back.  Ive got a fully R32 rear end now too!

No, really need someone close as I'm time poor. My new tuner can do any revisions if needed.

Yes, but I've swapped to GIAC DSG software today and to be quite honest the CC DSG map is like a clunky old model T Ford against the Giac DSG software as a Bugatti Veyron Supersport!

The GIAC DSG software has.........

Smoother shifts
Faster shifts
Better control
Better launch control function

Get ready when the engine map is Uprated as the GIAC DSG Golf R's are doing 12.1 quarter miles at full weight on 98 Ron fuel.

So, GIAC Stage 3 DSG map and GIAC's new stage 2 (equivalent of Revo's stage 2+ map) ECU map makes me happy. :driver:

The above was a one shot run which also gave a 12.3 quarter mile run.
