Is that supposed to be showing us something john..... cant see anything!!

....I think it might be a drinks bottle with a long tube to his mouth so he can take a sip like long distance racing cyclists do from a back pack.

Either that or it's a discrete catheter sytem for when John pisses himself with the excitement of driving so fast.

Looking good John  :happy2:

Are you running a single nozzle setup? Also what size nozzle do you run and where is it mounted?

I don't think hybrids are a waste of time for a fast road car it just depends how well they've been set up.
Revo had lots of things to consider with the Loba, they had to make something fool proof that they could offer throughout the world including very hot climate markets, for a car with limited hardware, they never really sank their hearts into it as for them it was too expensive and they assumed customers wouldn't want to pay for the correct development.
Makes sense really they have to put their efforts into things that make them money !

Personally I think a well set up stock K04 car is hard to beat with the right mods and makes one hell of a fast road car

Regards Johns car we'll go as far as we can on the stock K04 I spent a lot of time on the dyno setting the car up, it wasn't just a power thing either we wanted a smooth delivery and that's exactly what we got and more boost didn't make more power by the way! Some more to do yet on the stock turbo then move on.

With regards to Hybrids VS BT setups soon I'll be able to overlay different graphs on the dyno when our Marham motor is finished that would be with GTX30 & 35's included

So what does Sir require ? a 400+ hp fast road car keeping excellent road manners and near stock drivability or a rip snorting 9000rpm limited monster that's gutless below 4000rpms but when it comes you better hold on?
I know which I'd choose for the road and I own cars with both set ups

Well be having an open day mid summer so you can choose and see for yourself  :driver:

How much it cost for the wmi system inc fitting & mapping john

A Typical fitting is around £850 including parts and labour, but can be less if you use the OEM washer bottle. BSH throttle pipe and Hurdy Cammo is extra! LOL

At the moment it is a single nozzle injected through the BSH throttle pipe ( it has injector inlets built in specifically for this type of application. I'm on a size 5 injector IIRC.

Great work Hurdy, and amazing results. I'm looking forward to seeing your 1/4 mile times.

Could you update us with the complete current spec of the car please?

What's the next modification?

Went to a local dyno day today. Mixed bag of cars, but who got the highest power of the day? :innocent:

Spoke to Garry the dyno operator and he said the dyno reads very accurately and no more than 4bhp on a car like mine.

A chap had his stage 4 Focus RS on the dyno expecting 400bhp and made 367.7bhp and 373.7lbft!

Mine made more!

Dastek dyno

My result.....

Golf R gone.
