Thanks for the info Si :happy2: I'm quite tempted by the L0380 as it has quite a few attributes that I like...more power and faster spool being two of them. I've always said that I would like my R to be a strong street car, rather than a drag queen and this might be my solution. I'd like to see how far one of these can be pushed.....safely of course

No worries John, let me know ill sort it...  biggest numbers ive heard on LO380 is 407hp and 580Nm

Alex just cause your hybrid don't perform for what ever reason, don't use that to talk of ours or judge, not all are hybrids are the same, same as tuners.

I did try and post some info to explain but was deleted by Mods.. please see our Facebook

Are those figure based with or without WMI? I'm running 387bhp and 398lbft/540nm already on the K04 with WMI. If you have a dyno plot to pm me that would be great. :happy2:

407bhp and 580nm doesn't sound all that impressive when someone has managed 404bhp and 610nm from only a K04 with WMI. . . unless you can add WMI to the LO380 and get even more than 407??

Possibly, but the spool up is said to be quicker than the K04 too, so more power and earlier, remember it is the AREA under the graph and not just the peak figures. :happy2:

Absolutely  :happy2:

You normally associate bigger turbo with having loads of power at the top end but a laggy low end and a very steep curve. (thinking back to Jezza testing the FQ400 evo on Top Gear). I'm sure turbo technology has moved on loads since then and you can get a decent mid range too. Gotta admit the K04 is a fantastic all rounder and will be hard to beat  :happy2:

Sorry if offended anyone using the stupid button twice.. i thought Alex was being funny when he used the stupid button, i actually was laughing when typing the reply, i think maybe words taken wrongly or not came across as i was thinking them.  :happy2:

Yes numbers are without W/MI http://www.bts-racing.de/ is tuner that always makes around 390 and 540nm + Not many tuners in Germany seem to use W/MI, we base our turbo product number always without.  here is a BTS car at 386hp

Why does it slow up from 90-100 so badly John ? Weight or transmission losses?

From 60 to 100 it's slower then my Ed30 at stage 2 by 1 second.

Dam fast of the mark though :surprised:

0-60 is more about grip, 60-100mph is about power to weight. Once i have more fuel pressure on the LPFP side it will be faster. Some proper race fuel on the race map would also be better as I still feel that it pulls power.
