I was sent a dyno graph of an L0400 doing 407bhp
without WMI.
With WMI I'd say 430bhp is easily within reach.
Realistically though, how much more do I need. It is a heavy 4WD car that can still do 0-60mph in under 4 seconds with 4 grown-ups onboard and is a low 12/high 11 second car on the strip.
With an Lo400 it would be a mid 11 second car at the strip and then after that it would be time to spend big money for realistically 0.7 seconds off the 1/4 mile and make it a high 10 second car. By then it would have lost it's low down reaction and driveability. I've always said that I wanted this car to be a fast car that keeps its flexibility and driveability, that I can take to the strip or track and not be shown up by anything other than out and out track cars or drag cars. The L0400 would probably be that turbo, but there are a few other things to do first.
