0-60 in 3.5 secs?!?!  :scared: .. Love how absurdly powerful this is, must get some looks from supercar owners!

And those with R32s...

Cheers Ben, there can always be some kind of teething problem and that is why I am wary of doing this so close to the 30-130 day. However I have faith in Statllers that it will run well and the conversion goes smoothly.  :happy2:

See you there and fingers crossed for decent weather!

Loba have quite a few converted cars running just normal super unleaded making around 400bhp ( on some dynos). With WMI you can add another 10bhp or so and on race fuel on a race map another 10-15bhp.

I'm simply hoping for a faster car with better spool!

Statllers dyno reads quite low, so I'll just be interested in the gains over K04 as a direct comparison.

I will post up actual gains when I get them. So far it is back together and I'm awaiting a map from GIAC.

Can't wait to give her a whirl!   :driver:

And thats all that actually matters.  Hunt figures you'll inevitably end up disappointing and chasing more.

Keen to see the spool difference.  Alex seemed very impressed with the spool on the Lo400 and he also has a hybrid K04 on his own motor to compare with.

Interested in the boost as well, along with the curves from the RR, so much win in this Hurdy opposite to the cabin scooter you had before this  :P

Still haven't done a dyno yet, but the car feels stronger at the top end and Perrier in drive lower down the rev range. We shall see how much stronger tomorrow hopefully. :happy2:

Did they not set it up on the dyno?

Did they not set it up on the dyno?

Tomorrow, for now I'm on a baseline extreme map. Steve hooked up the PC to the car to make sure nothing was amiss and set me loose for a road test.

Update.......

Dyno'd the R on the Loba L0400........

Peak torque up 10lbft Peak power up 25bhp

Although at the top end it doesn't run out of puff like the K04 and so at 7,000 rpm it is making over 50bhp more power and over 40lbft more torque.

Spool is very slightly better, but as near as makes no discernable difference.

The map is MUCH smoother and stable in conjunction with the turbo so around town at lower rpms it feels better and overall I'm very happy.

Big thanks to Steve Jr and Craig at my tuners Statllers for putting up with my pacing about like an expectant father! :signLOL:

Sounds interesting.  Awesome gains at 7000rpm but that isnt going to be the most noticable day to day.  Rarely do i take the car to the redline unless on track.  Midrange gains?

As good as you expected or less so?

Get the graph up then
