and hurdy you will make 500 no problem on that turbo mine made just under on only 1.5bar and no wmi.. so plenty more room for more certainley without kicking the sh*t out the turbo like said anyway lol

More boost doesn't always mean more power.  You might find that there is a point were adding boost wont add power, but creates loads of heat.  I have an EGT gauge to fit once the new turbo goes on.  Very important to monitor EGT's.

TSR said its running very safe at 1.5 bar and still plenty of room with a boost controller and wmi but tbh im not looking for much more power anyway in a lightweight fwd mk5 its alot lol 520+would just be a bonus for me

ive seen 600 done though on the tfsi with this turbo.. but i woudnt push it that hard

I'm going to see where the RS4 injectors stall out. There's a few more tricks in the pipeline before I admit defeat and add a second fuel rail and injectors. :rolleye:

This is a graph of another R with a basic GTX3067R on the solid line and the dotted line is the GIAC Extreme map (stage 2+). The run on the GTX was using 99ron fuel only -----no wmi----no head work-----no cams-----no internals----still stock intercooler! and in pump mode. This is very encouraging as the run was done at Statller who will be fine tuning mine. Their dyno roughly reads 8-10% lower than Awesome GTI or R-Tech.

For comparison mine only does 370bhp on his dyno, but does 392 at Awesome and 392 at R-Tech and 371 at the hubs on a hub dyno.

It is an extreme file. Stage 2+ cars do between 315 and 325 on Stattlers dyno. :happy2:

That R hasn't been on the road yet, it was only test dyno'd on Saturday afternoon. :smiley:
