Defoo keep the lambo logo! You planning anything for the rears?

Yes, I'm going with some TTRS 335mm rears. Keeping the OEM calipers, but painted and swapping the carriers to fit.  :happy2:

TTRS rears are 310 and a different offset.  They only fit on TTRS hubs.

 Err, rear carriers are TTRS ( all same carrier on TT's ) and rear discs are A8/Phaeton. Also same on 2007 S6's, V10's etc.

Not quite Sy, although everyone is entitled to their opinion and in this case it is mine that counts.  :P

Well what about all the guys who use RS (TTRS RS3 etc) calipers on GTIs... should they remove the RS as its not an RS. If Hurdy wants the kudos of Lamborghini decals on his RS4 calipers then so be it.  :happy2:

To get back on topic......

The HPA lower engine mount I had fitted is mUCH better than the THS one I had fitted beforehand. The NVH has been substantially reduced and is definitely one mod I can recommend. Statller supplied mine as they are now the UK HPA outlet.

The larger throttle body definitely helps lower the rpm that the turbo starts to spool up.

The "Lamborghini" brake upgrade set-up works very well. Hauls down from speed impressively. I spoke to Steve Jr as he had a similar set-up on his Edition 30 and he said that after 8,000 miles of mixed use his Pagid RS blues only had 30% wear on them which should allay fears that the OEM master cylinder may increase wear.

The RS4 injectors are proving more than up to the task of providing the fuel for my current 500+ bhp. My future plans will mean I will need much more fuel so either bigger injectors or a secondary fuel rail.

Next week I'm back at Nortech for some more changes.

Also next week I'll be fitting up the carbon fibre rear spoiler and front splitter.

Target for this summer is to get into the tens on the 1/4 mile, a few trackdays to prove the set-up is solid, much more VCDS logging and continuous speed testing for reference.

 :happy2:
Golf R gone.

Injector flow?

Stock = 1080 cc/min
RS4 = 1091 cc/min
S3 = 1217 cc/min
