Same terminals as the Aussie APR mk6 R that did sub 11 sec runs.

Johns car still has all the interior in it I believe and doesn't use race gas - the potential of 10.xx 1/4 mile is a defo I reckon if it lost some weight  :happy2:

Collected the trophy for my class. A bitter sweet victory as I lost a tip on the sparkplug into cylinder 2. New plugs in and runs fine, but won't be going down the strip Sunday as the plugs in won't be up to it. Nothing inside the cylinder, the valves are okay, but looks to be a bit of pitting on the cylinder and the turbo will need inspecting for damage too. It will mean a rebuild a little earlier than expected. Ahh the joys of tuning eh!
Golf R gone.

Well, what a turnaround.

Decided to run the R today. Took it steady, or so I thought. Swapped to pump map and lower boost, plus a FULL tank of 99ron and ended up doing an 11.33@125.0

Car runs just fine.  :happy2:

Won the VW4WD class both days.
