Very impressive build, could you tell me for you personally why you run a PCV blank over a catch can? Thanks

I have now gone back to the new revision OEM PCV.
A PCV blank just ensured that there was no loss of boost. the new revision OEM PCV is more robust and so far is working ok. :happy2:

No difference in feel. The difference is that there is less smoke from the rear. :happy2:

I'm still here guys.  :happy2:

I'll most likely build the MK6 R and upgrade the clutch packs.

Too good a car to chop for a MK7R.

The R400 looks like it will be a limited run with a 3dr manual version only. Sad if it is as the DSG a is what makes the R worthwhile in the first place.

When are you building the engine John? I don't know how you can sit in that office staring at parts all day and not buying any  :innocent:

Believe me when I say it is hard.

Hopefully it will be done for the new season. Steve Jr already has a full Golf R engine build and two S3 engine builds to do alongside a Porsche engine build and finishing his own cars off. Then I may stand a chance of getting mine built. I guess I will have to "make do" with a daily 490bhp for now!
