Agreed but the auto-levelling system also serves to keep the correct beam pattern mostly on the ground, not in someone's rear view mirror or head on (dependant on incline/corners etc) I've attached the regs. http://www.sendspace.com/file/yyvd0nHope it helps OP
Just be aware that I have read of a few scammers selling parts on PH lately. Pretty sure Xenons were one of the parts they were using to suck people in.
