The injector loom is different on a real early AXX car so you would have to use your old injector loom, it separates from the main engine loom
I have K03 motors in stock if your interested in just a normal engine fitting back in etc

Am I misreading this? I thought he wanted a BWA engine which has a K03 from the factory.

Oops Sorry didn't read right, I have AXX & BWA & BYD's in stock, been working on a BYD all week too  :scared:

All K03 motors will fit straight in and run ok, whichever code you use, no mapping needed, only K04's would need mapping to suite

More info:- When I first got the car I noticed that on tickover it sounded like a diesel, so I have it looked at by VW. They said they all sound like that.

I am now thinking that perhapes my oil pump has been on its way out for a while now...

Just heard from garage engine is gone  :sad1:

Just had a great quote from Statller-Stevo, just need to try and arrange transport of car rom Milton keynes to Sheffield, any reccommendations ?

Sticking with K03, even at my age I think the insurance would be stupid

Only good thing that has come out of this is that I will get my AXX engine replaced with the better BWA engine

I've used Statlers a number of times, you wont go far wrong mate!! Might be pricey though getting from A to B, unless you tow it the whole way up!!??  :sad1:

Statller's are very busy , they can not work on the car for a week, but it can not stay at the garage in MK as they need the space

My axx engine has gave up oil pump failure im getting a bwa engine just wondering if anyone could give me some on info on wether this will work or know of any changes
