i would also go golf r, although im having some serious issues fighting the urge to buy the m135i!!! just the mpg that puts me off (did i just say that
), im sure hurdys r will be fantastic when he is done
What 37mpg combined for a petrol, 3ltr, blown 6 pot?!?!? Or is it the fact you have succumb to the devils fuel of late?

I say go for it pal, I'm sure Mat will agree..

John - I would go for the RS3 pal. It may not be the lightest, fun-filled, best looking motor out there. But it does do a lot of things very very well and has 'that' engine of course, so potential by the bucket load.
As much as I like the .:R, I feel you will get bored very quickly due to your ED30 links/experience. Then of course there's the whole financial aspect to come into play too..
Also - don't get too carried away with the figures from APR's demo car, as most of that is down to LC + 4WD. So unless you use LC every time you come to a stop or go down the Loba route, it will be slower than your old Ed30 once up and running. In which case - how quickly would the bordom kick in...?
