Excel uploading?

I would like to load my vagcom logging from saturday onto the forum. It is on excel, can this be done easily? Cheers, Stevie.

If it's a full sheet then just upload it and post the url link on here. If not, just do a screenshot, upload to where ever and then link it in your post as an image.
