I know it's been discussed before on various threads but is this just a different central diffuser section on a genuine R32 rear or is the full bumper an after market one?!

....The genuine OEM R32 rear has several cut-outs as standard which allow for different configurations of exhaust exit pipes. These cut-outs include central pair (OEM R32), single twins, and quads. All you then need is the appropriate exhaust trim component, OEM or aftermarket.

The lower section is after market on mine.

Someone will come up with where you can get the lower section exhaust surround. just works out expensive when you add all the parts.
