Top Cat:
Had a day out with my son at Oulton today. We had a great time and the weather was fine.  :happy2:
Dont get excited by the pics, my son is a tare arse on his little bike and the paddock was a dangerous place. Spent most of the day trying to keep him going under cars flying around everywhere. all the shots are just point and shoot. Some amazing cars and very competitive racing.  :driver:

lotus Cortina :notworthy: prove that a bloke can do two things at once, watch kid and take pics :signLOL:

.
Seeing pics of that Lotus Cortina reminded me of my youth watching Jim Clark racing one against a 7-litre Ford Galaxy driven by Dan Gurney. A friend's eldest brother raced a 3.8 Jag in the same Silverstone races (hence how I was there) - Registered for the road and 9 mpg! The smell of Castrol R.........

Yes, I noticed that the 'better' of TC's pics were rather obviously not mindful of TC Junior's whereabouts! Don't let Mrs TC see those pics!

TC Junior is going to look back very fondly at those pics one day. Also, I bet that he becomes a car enthusiast too. Catch them young and it is guaranteed to get into the blood (it did with me).

Oooh! Swoon! I justed spotted the Lola T70 pic  :notworthy: < At least I think it's a Lola (the red one) but it's not the 'breadvan' version as it was known.

MC71:
Some lovely cars there.

Your little lad looks well made up, full of wonder in his eyes. Great age!! Have 2 girls (grown women now) who have as much interest in cars as I have in clothes shopping!!  :sad1:

 :happy2:
