whats best to seal my monzas?
« on: September 03, 2012, 09:33:15 pm »
Hi all
Having my monzas returned this week. What's best to stick on them to give a good seal to the elements? Views / advice please. Not fussed about a bit of graft to get them protected as much as I can. Cheers

I do two coats of Poorboys and two coats of Collinite 476s wax. I think FK 1000P is popular too.

You could do a lot worse than the 476S. Don't let the 1950's style tin put you off

I've bought some Opti-Coat 2.0  to do my wheels when I get them done. Its supposed to be a permanent coating so to me it seems like a good idea on freshly done wheels. Then use whatever wax/sealant after.

Poorboys wheel sealant and Collinite (as advised on here and works a treat)  :happy2:

God, I envy you with your Monza's and their nice flat surfaces, try doing this with the Pescara's, PITA!!!  :sad1:
