Noticed the rubber trim around the windows is brownish colour and now i really need to do something about it.So which one is recommended?

It did a good job but didn't last. I now use AG Bumper & Trim Gel and it is fantastic. Easy to apply, don't need to worry if it gets on the paintwork, and seems to last really well. It also did a fantastic job of making my very faded grey grille black again :)
