Hybrid turbo
« on: September 02, 2012, 09:39:33 pm »
Does a hybrid turbo (diesel) require the upgrade of injectors or any other parts. Would it run without a remap or is that a must.
Any other considerations?

The clutch will start to struggle, other than that from what I've read you should be OK. Maybe time to look at an S3 I/C upgrade if you wanted.

Edited to add: Dont forget about stopping the car as in brakes. ;)

Another thing,  I had the car remapped when I put my foot down i was throwing out some sut from the back end, would a hybrid cure that or is it down to the map itself? (Shark stage 1).
