A South Coast convoy ooop north to Inters was in fact how SaintSteve and I first met Alex (Perkins).... At the V-Power pumps. We had overtaken him in his Polo and his passengers started taking photos of us - Feckin' VeeDub pervs!

So to sum up, we need to find a field somewhere in the west midlands perhaps?! Middle diddle?!

I went to a bike rally a couple of weeks ago, was a fairly big patch of land in Worcester. Had a massive marquee in the middle with music and beer. Didn't matter about noise because it was pretty much in the middle of nowhere. The only company we had was sheep 

We could organise a burger van or something like that?! I've been trying to remember what the place was called all day, but ill get on the case if it's likely.  I'm presuming it would just be a case of asking the land owner for his permission and the price we'd have to pay. Could camp there aswell :)

How does everyone feel about this?! Just an idea so any objections are welcome

How about we go to the same place it was at 5 years ago, have the mega-meet there on the Saturday, say 10am till 4pm, then retire to a camping field close by where we can camp, have Barbies, beers and fires?

Well, it seems a track day is a bit ambitious, and most seem to just want to meet, camp, bbq and have a few beers to celebrate.

Would people like to go pay homage to the first Mega-meet of the Forum and meet at the same place? Seems quite fitting.

DATE? I think we should aim for last weekend in April or first weekend of May. Only my idea though!

Myself, Ben, Robin and Gazon69 will organise everything including food and camp-site (suitable for you low-squatters!) so we can make a weekend of it, and celebrate 5 years of the forum.

As long as we don't do what a load of 'modded' cars were doing the other week on the M40 northbound. 60mph middle lane, nothing on inside lane, about 50 cars I couldn't get off the Motorway.

I suggest that when it's settled when and where, we start a new thread in the Meets section and transfer this list. But meanwhile this provisional list will give us an idea of numbers attending and make it easier to talk to whoever is going to provide the location etc.
