if they won't replace it, send it to me, and i will take it to the workshops and get the planishing hammer out, and dress it out for you. 

Had 22 years of sorting out things like that.

@Stealth - Why would yours be higher than mine?? I ordered mine 5 days before they stopped taking orders for the ED30 and it was built May this year.

Didn't know that. Thought mine'd be fairly old. Is yours 08-plate then?

His car was built in Feb '07 so looking at the others on here should be a number less than 500.

Guys dont forget there is well over 1000 people who drive ED 30's and in no way shape or form can be called enthusiasts.
They wont even know about it being a limited edition and if they did they would not care about a plaque or placing it in the car.

Sad but true.

keeping it clean, as always i bet. 

He's getting it re-mapped soon, and he's also made some more interior mods, with stainless to brighten things up.

After driving a Scirocco last week (he wasn't impressed) he says he's keeping it for a bit longer now (hence the re-map)

Yep registered 20th of May this Year, just about to hit 20,000 miles on the clock

I intend to ring Milton Keynes tomorrow to see if we are on the list!

Aside from the plaques is there a quick/easy way to find out the build date of our Ed 30?? It was registered Oct 08.

is everyone putting the Plaque in the correct place, or do you have other ideas for it ?, i want to have it in the right position eventually but would like it somewhere discreet in the cockpit area for now, ideas ?

You could have it in the ceiling, tucked behind the sunvisor. TBH I really want it in the engine bay or something but doubt it'd work.

What i meant was Stealth the only people as far as i can tell who are getting plaques are those ringing up and asking for them if this is the case then you are going to have well over a thousand cars with no plaques ever installed that will be a serious amount of imports rolling around if people come to the same conclusion as you.
