Just imagine if they had actually only produced 1500 for the UK like they originally stated, now then it would be something.  :jumping:

VW (with a bit of help from Greenouse  :happy2:) have offered to remake my plaque as the defect isn't acceptable  :party:

VW also advised these won't at this stage be available to re-order through the normal dealer channels.

However I have been in contact with the company that produced the plaques and they are going to come back to me if it's possible to get a run of selected numbers (if enough people are interested). So I let me know if this might be of interest  to you :smiley:

He has just come back to me and confirmed they will be able to produce these additional copies for us  :drinking:

They will be able to provide a price once we have some numbers as individually it wouldn't wouldn't be cost effective  :happy2:

nice one, if the plaques are a reasonable cost i will have two or three  :wink: , i hope they can do the gti badge too  8)
