Bulbs or fuses

Last changed the bulbs to Philips H7 powerbulbs about four years ago. Changed it all in one go. Today my dash warned thst both dipped bulbs had stopped working. Sidelights seem fine.

Strange that both have gone. Will check with spare bulbs but is it possible a fuse has gone?
