Is this the same as last time - the first 10 entries go into a draw - or has that changed?

Is this competition open to people north of the border or are we too far from civilisation for a visit from Auto Perfection? 

Can't see that as being a huge problem - as long as we can come to do the Detail during school holidays so we can make a holiday out of our journey up there!
