I know I need new front tyres and probably new clutch, brakes soon so a bit pricy just those!!! but I just want to clarify if it needs a service based on the below -
Last VW service 87k (what would this have included?)
Belt/pump changed at 89k
Oil change at 95k
It's been on long life service all it's life
Service light came so took it up to my local garage where they reset it, checked over (all tip top apart from tyres and brakes) and topped up the oil. They said wait until the service light comes on at circa 115k as is been on long life. I'm not doubting them just wanted to know what others have done themselves or think what's best to do.
