different metallic colours

just a quick one guys, what was the correct name of the 2008 golf gti, i have metallic black,, was it called black magic ? was there more than one black available, according to a vw dvd i watched it was called black magic but havent even heard of that before ?
didnt realise before and i think i almost bought a solid black as the car was 200 miles away but i pulled out at the last minute

LC9Z = Diamond Pearl Black/Black Magic (has metallic flakes in the paint)
