It's so fugly. Saw the newspress article from Paris a few days ago.

The only spec that I can see that is of interest is that it's got a turbocharged engine. Even the fact it's "DSG" will put a lot of people off.

The funny thing is Renault thinking that in race mode, 150millisecond gear changes are fast!! VWs DSG changes much quicker iirc.

There's guys on the 6speed forum that say they can change gear in around that time so I'd have to agree lol.

I love French tat, but Jeeezus!!!

I don't doubt it'll drive great, and tune well too, can't say I'd like one though. The Megane in its 2 most recent formats has been a bit quirky, but they've grown on me - this?? Nah.

Are Peugeot going to claim back the bonkers Clutter crown with the new 208???

Sideways yo!

Hopefully, 208 GTI with 220-250hp would be mega. But peugeot have always been soft in my driving lifetime. Would be good to see them retake the crown

I think the front is nice. The front lower bumper has some audi TTS styling cues in it though

I think the clio shares the same 1.6turbo thats in the nissan juke? Think the new nismo juke thats coming out is  about 210bhp as standard

They've given the Renaultsport Twingo a similarly distasterous front end. Always liked that car.

+1

Will have to wait to see how it looks in the flesh but the turbo'd engine, 5 doors and the DSG equivalent gearbox is appealing

I love my small hot hatches and the ED30 has always fitted the bill but looking to change next year and the ED35 prices will still be far too high I reckon and I just don't know what else I would change her for currently, this could be an option although has a lot to live up to with 2 years extremely happy ownership with the Golf  :happy2:
