Hi Today I used my youngest lads Polo as he said he kept stalling it and i was like ffs !, I got in it and drove it and thought this feels weird ,When you depressed the clutch and held it down the lifted it off it just went bang and stalled , I tried to drive it home but had no clutch ,I pushed it off the main A259 on to a side road and called my dealer tbh they were worse than useless , I had the service guy come out and explained what was what and he quickly found a union was leaking Hyd oil so much so the reservoir was empty , He did his best to sort the o ring out while I walked to Halfords to purchase a litre of Brake and Clutch fluid , He topped it u and used a little pump to bleed the air out the system so I could drive it home , The dealer was closed and he said I have two choices we ship it to the deal on Monday or he just orders the Part and returns Tue or Wed and fixes it , While he had the bonnet up we noticed the grill is cracked across the top corner were it is fixed to the cars slam panel ,
To say I am not impressed is a understatement to obtain A replacement car I have to be collected by a taxi then taken to a Hire centre and get the loan car , I explained my day had been ruined I have missed the football wasting two tickets and now you want me to go sort out a hire car ,it was to much trouble for them to deliver one . I am disspointed beyond words that my youngest kids 18 Birthday present is now unusable and im paying 50 quid a week insurance on a car he cant use.
Do you think VW will offer me any good will ?
