New Alloys, brakes, suspension and bushes
« on: October 07, 2012, 07:19:03 pm »
Fitted the alloys two months ago, had the kw v2's fitted last week along side new super pro Walk bushes and an alignment, also fitted a new Nsqbbk kit too, these weigh so much less than the oem items, alloys were lighter too.
Car has upgraded Vwr engine mount and F1s all round.

Hard to tell the difference from so much being fitted at once, but it handles so flat now, ride is amazing considering how low the car is. The brakes have an amazing pedal feel, night and day difference over oem.

The car feels as oem as much as it can do, but feels spot on, so enjoyable to drive, and puts the power down better too.
Alex at Aks tuning has worked on my car, and am very impressed with his work.
Just a couple of pics before lending it to my mum for a few days :)
Just washed and used Poor boys black hole.

Spent a fortune, now no more mods , I won't go Ko4, as putting power down is fun as it is :)

Looking  :happy2:

Looking at your second pic, do you have wheel spacers installed?
Without traction power is nothing!

Thanks, no just the offset of the vz's, so glad did not need any spacers with Nsqbbk :)
Fitted a dream.

Thanks for the comments guys. Jussa colour coded the sills and rear bumper in his ownership,I added the rear R32 lights two months ago.
It's Stage 2+, so that's it now as far as mods go, well maybe a front ed30 front splitter if I ever have money again :)

Bought a mk v gt tdi to keep fuel costs down, and miles down, plus my Missus is a new driver !
