Sounds like the title of a version of computer software, doesn't it?

Meg's recommended this as being their best product for Milltek's new black satin ceramic exhaust tip finish - I was with 'Mr Milltek' at the time and so they understood we needed to know for real and not be sold just any Meg's product. The result was also some free samples.

Well, it's very gentle but very effective on my tips and extremely easy to use : -

I'm not someone who likes to spend more than 2hrs max on cleaning my car, so it suits me well.

Has anyone used this on their paintwork? I'm thinking of trying it.

:happy2:
i gave mine a going over with said wax today and not sure about durability but imo the results are better than dodo juice !!!!!!!!!!!

I'm gonna buck the the trend and say the Techwax is pants! I used Turtlewax Extreme on my old motor but bought some of Meg's to try something different. I was never really happy with the result so last week a washed everything off and use the Turtle again. It looks so much better! Its deeper, smoother and beads up much better than the Meg's too IMO. The only issue I have is the residue left behind but its easily sorted with a second clean cloth.

I'm not bothered whether the Techwax is pants on bodywork - I only use it on my satin black exhausts and on that it's absolutely perfect.

Durability is much better with the turtlewax. I wouldnt use either as my main wax for the paint though, ok for things like exhaust!

I have some swissvax onyx on at the mo, nothing special but a nice summer wax!

I have some zymol carbon i might put on next.

At the end of the day its not the wax that creates the finish its the prep. Put a great wax on a poorly prepped car and it will be outshone by a cheap wax on a well prepped car.
