Mk6 boot handle
« on: October 17, 2012, 09:51:24 pm »
Ok so my whitewormed vw boot handle is bugging me more and more lately.......

Has anybody got a part number for the mk6 version and a rough idea how much they cost?

Ideally anybody got a new one for sale and am i right in thinking its a straight swap with nothing else needed?

I've seen them up for sale a fair bit in the past but not recently so might need to pay a trip to the dealers or venture onto ebay  :scared:

Thanks
Dave

I personally think the Mk6 handle is an inferior quality item to the 3D Mk5 version. Lot more plasticky and not as strong. Get a decent second hand one from eBay or on here, about £40-£50 ish. Ooh and the Mk5 3D will not suffer from whiteworm either.

Quick look and found these, worth a thought......

Got to agree, I bought the 3D mk5 one from someone on here and fitted it at the weekend.  Amazing how the smallest things seem to make all the difference  :happy2:
Silver GTI, Revo Stage 1, R32 rear bumper, R32 exhaust, R32 rear lights, ED30 front splitter, RCD510, Lowered on Eibachs, open fog grills.
