Cheers Torque, VW want £16 a strip for the s spec black one's, when you need 8 and a special tool to change them over it makes it expensive.
Nothing wrong with the chrome just dont like it on the car.
Left over wrap and a bit of patience worked at treat.  :happy2:

Trial fitted the Heko deflectors this morning, need clips for the rears to sit in place. Not sure if I like them tho and could depend on wind noise on M way during the week.

With the help of forum member Squeeguk I now have what should have been standard on a Jetta.
I thought i would wait till dusk to get pictures but you cant see that I now have a clear lens where the red fog used to be. I will get a daylight picture

Looking ace Sean. From those pictures it would seem we got the brightness of the inners pretty much almost spot on. Good to meet you on Saturday and hope you had a good show yesterday.

How long that take?

What takes time is letting the glue go off. It all depends on how OEM you want it to be, especially with the wiring. Could be quick, or could take all day.

With the heat we had on Saturday it didn't take long for the glue to go off.
