Fitting Forge Silicone Throttle Body Hose...
« on: October 18, 2012, 09:46:51 am »
Bought the full set of Forge hoses off GNJ on here.

Now, is the throttle body one a PITA to fit or am i just a great big gay bear?

Looked like loads of the injection system and maybe even the front bumper need to come off?  :scared:

I wouldnt say it was to easy, bit of a pain in the ass, more fiddly, but no need for the front bumper to come off  :happy2:

There is not to much room in round there to get moving, you can do it!  :jumpmove:
If it's not broke, Mod it.....

Yes matey, up on axle stands, removed the throttle body pipe, added new rubber hose on & refitted the TB pipe. As far as i remember you would need to remove the DV, if yours is at the front to tighten & Loosen the clip, thats attached to the engine... Just to give easier access.

Hope that helps!  :happy2:
