K04-2283 upgrade turbo

Does anyone know more about this turbo in the attached link below? Its being sold on US ebay. Its advertized as direct replacement for GTI and as factory turbo of S3 & TTS. What makes it appealing is the integrated diverter valve as on stock K03 so it would be a true bolt-on and cheaper option as no DV relocation needed. Is it practically same as K04-064 but with integrated DV? Sounds pretty good to me, if this is the case..
