Forum hangs on Loading...

When actioning the Quote button to write a Reply to a post, the green strip at the head stating "Loading..." appears and hangs there without loading. It isn't just a delay, it hangs for as long as you have the window open but the page is scrollable so it's therefore not a freeze.

This has been going on since yesterday afternoon.

Anyone else having this frustration?

Clear your cache and force a reload of the page.
