How to find out full spec of Gti

I'm wandering if there's anyway to find out the full spec of my gti? inc all optional extras etc ?

In the boot there will be a white sticker with loads of codes. Copy them down and somewhere on the interwebs there is a site you put them into and it tells you what the codes are :happy2:

Call VW and ask for a specification check. Give them the registration number and they'll give you all the info. They can also check service history as well.

Put the codes from the sticker in the boot or in the log book into this website... http://igorweb.org/equidec/

It will decode them and tell you all the extras.

I bet they weren't as big a cheapskate as the original owner of mine, I'm missing standard spec stuff!
Black 2008 GTi, InPro smoked door mirror indicators, genuine Autohaus Wolfsburg plate holders, uk legal pressed metal plates, LED number plate lights, MTEC super white headlights & side lights, LED internal lights, Polo stubby aerial, Kenwood DDX4023BT head unit & Enfig surround.

^^^^ missing standard stuff? Sounds like a right penny pincher!  :sad1:

Have spent 6 months myself adding the bits it should have come with as standard from the factory and still going!

Well mines got the standard air con not the climatronic and the leather seats aren't heated, oh and no alarm either.

Not worried about air con, would like to retro fit heaters to the seats, can't make up my mind about the alarm
