gt tdi on coilovers
« on: October 23, 2012, 09:30:56 am »
Hi

I am trying to decide between springs and coilovers for my gt tdi. I have a few questions that some of you may be able to help me with.

Do gti coilovers fit the gt tdi? I am guessing i have to get gt tdi ones due to the weight difference on the front?

Do i need to change anything else if i get coil overs? Such as drop links?

Whats the best coilovers or springs to get?

Thanks

Gti coilovers would fit but like you said, the axle weights are wrong.

Springs i would say H&R.

Coilovers it all depends on budget!

How much do you want to spend?

Well i just got back from afghan so budget is not really a problem with my tour bonus. But i dont wanna spend much more than £500 really, although i want fully adjustable ones.
I dont have to worry about fitting cost as ill do that myself.
