WOW, what a mini series  :congrats: :congrats: :congrats:

Deadwood was always one of my all time faves but this is proving just as good  :notworthy:

Started tonight at 9pm on Ch5.

All those who have series linked it are in for a real treat

.
I'm watching it now on Ch5+1 as I watched "Hunted" on BBC1 at 9:00pm.

Very good so far.

Excellent production but you'd expect it to be with Kevin Costner's input.

The plot is all a bit predictable but so are all 'westerns' and a good one is still good.

Alcohol, grudges, and guns aren't kind bedfella's! In spite of all the violence the characters are quite funny.

Hit the nail on the head there Robin  :happy2:

It's a great watch though.

Who'd have thought so many British actors would be in a big production western like this.

Even Eastenders Joe Absolom is in there as well as many other inc Andrew Howard as Bad Frank Phillips

Fortunately I don't watch Eastenders, otherwise it might spoil this series for me! Thank goodness there's no-one from Neighbours in it!

Difficult to recognise some actors through all the hairy beards anyway.

I love westerns. My favourite is still 'The Outlaw Josey Wales' - Clint Eastwood's first go at directing and with the late Chief Dan George  :notworthy: I obviously love 'Dances With Wolves' too. Kevin Costner is a bit of a wooden actor but is excellent as a producer.
