Yeh it briefly came down in County Durham earlier.

Time to escelate my search for tyres.
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

Got mine fitted today, bought from white atom, Continental WinterContact TS 830P, was surprised to hear used tyres refitted are a no-no at most tyre fitting garages, considering I spent 320 on two new tyres in august.  :fighting: Good excuse to get new wheels I spose come spring time

I put the winter boots on my Audi on Thursday - gave the summer wheels a good clean and packed them away in the wheel bags. Will watch the weather forecasts with interest and then decide when I get the GTi wheels swapped over.

I also light the fire in the kitchen for the first time this winter - the temp has certainly dropped these last couple of days

That's the same tyres I have.

The fitters will normally fit part worn tyres without issue it's just when you take a brand new set to them that they might refuse
