In the car? - I never listen to any music or radio - I prefer to focus 100% on driving no matter how long the journey and that includes 500-milers and over.

At home (My living room is a studio with pro reference monitors, mixing desk etc) - Lots of music. Often while I'm on the forum like now, sat in the sweet spot.

The trouble is that if I particularly am enjoying a track the volume gets slid louder!
