Mk5 Body work strip down advice please

Right Guys, stripping this down at the weekend ready for some new paint, are there any guides on here on how to remove the following items?

Front bumper
Rear Bumper
Side mouldings
mirrors
front door rubbers
windscreen rubbers

Thats it really

Highlight the url (except the http bit) and copy and paste into the address window - that seems to work but for some reason clicking on it doesn't.

side moulding just pull off pete,be gentle and prise them off, back bumper isnt to bad just dont forget the little screw that sits in the 2 o'clock position if you are looking at the wheel as its just tucked up in the arch and a bugger to get at.
