Well by the looks of things, can be fitted to GTi's also?  :ashamed:

They are normally fitted to TDI's.
I have a spare one if anyone fancies a retrofit

Mine packed in last year, replaced it and wished I didn't bother.

It turns really cold air to almost lukewarm in a few minutes, don't expect  instant warm air!
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

Put version E in about a year ago, it does help u defrost the windscreen a little quicker, but as said its lukewarm, its a 1kw heater which on 12 volts can draw 80 amps, VW changed the spec after a few years due to poor connections heating up and causing fire, unfortunately if you want to add to gti you will need version E as it connects to can bus version F runs off diesel ecu, so cannot be Retro fitted, there also really hard to come by as everyone has F's but no E's
Loads of extra's and retro fits.
