OEM Xenon Ballast - alternatives?

Just wondering if there are other OEM ballast which fit MK5 xenon headlights?

I know the ones below are all used for VAG cars:





But also what about these below which have the Correct attachment for D2S/ D2R bulbs and don't need an igniter?
