A few more details will help with pinpointing the issue.

What happens when you try to access the forum?
Is it the site in general or when logging in?
You typing a url in the browser or following a link?
You using the phones browser or chrome or something else e.g.. tapatalk.

I'm on an s3 and can access the browser through all of the above so maybe a setting on your phone?
