Thought it was about time I introduced my daughter Rebekah (shes my oldest at 9) to the world of modifying!! Now this could go very well or very badly. I had a talk over the parts I've worked on explained why I've changed them. She understood everything perfectly. Even repeating it back to me & asking questions!!

I then asked if she would like to help me finish as job I started earlier!! She ofcourse jumped at the chance - so I thought it about time I finished wrapping my tail lights. I removed the passengers side one. And she copied and with a little help removed the drivers side one.

I wrapped my one. She had a go at wrapping the other one.

Here are our results!!! Mine is on the left - hers is the one on the right.

Let me know what you think! As her dad all I can say is little bugger's one has no air bubbles in it!!

Nice progress with wheels Andy, but 16hrs
As for the lights go, I would go with Joe and let your daughter mod the car from now on  :happy2:

Have you been stopped yet for not having yellow indicators??

Yep - 2 wheels to go, about another 8hrs of polishing ahead. Then I still have to mask them up, 3 layers of primer (rubbed down between each layer) then satin black. Then colour over the top x 3 layers. Then lacquer x 3 layers. Paint colour chosen - its controversial too!!

Surely the hours of work you are putting in is controversial!! Will your daughter not help?  :signLOL:

They are 8.5x18 et 35 all round. I did have a chance of 10x18 rears, but too low an offset

What happens when the sun comes out? PHOTOSHOOT!! Fitted some new bits and pieces, then went out to the distillery and got some pics!!

Jap/Asian market spec rear number plate plynth (foam matting trimmed) not bought a number plate yet, so Scotland show plate.

Polished metal "Drivers wanted" VW dealer plate

Up at the distillery warehouses

Smooth front end fitted - number plate delete, holes filled & colour coded.

Still a work in progress - wheels to finish next & back box delete too.
