Bodyshop in sunderland area?
« on: November 10, 2012, 07:59:43 pm »
Hello folks, just wondered if anyone knew of a reasonably priced and decent bodyshop in the sunderland area?
I took on a 15ft steel gate with the missus clio today, hence to say the rear wheel arch lost the battle :ashamed:
Just my luck that she couldnt be bothered to take her car to the local tip to get rid of a TV, so now I get stuck with the repair bill :surprised:
The garage I normally use is £££'s, but the car is being sold in 2 weeks, so just after a decent cheap job to pass it on
Thanks in advance for any help :happy2:

Car and bike magic on wessington way. Heard mixed reports but are reasonable. I wouldn't personally use them if I was keeping the car but if you're getting shot of it might be worth a try. They are down by the ford garage

Thanks for reply. Used them before to make a smooth rear bumper for my mk4. Looked good for a couple of months until the bodge all cracked and sunk in. Any place that sprays cars with the shutters open is a bit off putting!
You never know though, if the price is right.....

There's another one off new Durham rd. Cannot remember the name though think it was a one band from what I remember someone on here recommended them when I was looking for a bodyshop a while ago.  I know what you mean about car and bike magic though.
