Wheels - fallen tyres and BBS alloys 8.5j on the front and 9.5j on the rear. Hey are 18 inch, atleast that's what I think! Running a bit of tyre stretch too.

Definately not RS' and definately are BBS. The latter was stressed to me. The rims are pretty much on the max recommended by VW without adapters!

Sorry i'm being a complete idiot. I read your question in a completely different context. Yes they are RS's. As for a photo...i'll get one up.

Didn't set me back anything! The previous owner sold them with the golf although I did pay a an increased price to keep them on......and I'm told they are the real deal. Certanly from having a look at them they seem to be legit so in theory I've saved a couple grand. Who knows. They suite the car perfectly but I'm debating what colour to get them coated! Think the back could be lowered a bit more too. Hmmmm.
