I've had both the Rosso and now the Pilot sport 3 from new, and I'd go with Michelin. More grip in dry, better in the wet, and more rim protection as well.
The Pirelli is very good, It's just that the Michelin is excellent. I paid 121 a corner fitted at Tyre City, and they really look after your wheels as well, agreeing condition pre and post fitting, with promise of refurb for any damage.
