are taking suspension coilover PERCHES SAFE ?

ive got fk coilovers but seem to have rear rake ,need fronts to go more lower,does taking the perches out -safe?i know the weight will keep them in ,but if i jack the car up if i get a puncture will the suspension collapse!!please help and how do u do it.
