hmmm, interesting,, used condition but does come with air bag I guess,,,, thing I cant decide on it comes with the red stitching this one and my interior is full leather which means no red on the interior cabin at all,, all black and chrome.
the wheel I started the thread on is different with a nice looking middle badge,,, I need to find some picture differences on line

eddie is on the hunt for me
going to try and get one with the gti logo but cant decide on black surround or chrome surround, would like to hear some opinions please

my inside of my car is full leather so all black and chrome interior so hence the thinking for the chrome one

but on the other hand my car is gloss black in colour on the outside so hence thinking of the black one

cant decide what looks best, any opinions would be great guys and thanks in advance

from what I can see these 2 wheels look like the best on the market ?
wonder if the full 12 button functionality will work when put into a mk5 ?
they are very very pricey but guess I better find out the compatibility yet,,, does anyone have either of these wheels fitted to there mk5
I just glanced over a thread on the web saying you only get 5 buttons to work without xy&z cables etc so would value peoples opinions on this and also tlo the original question on colour  :happy2:

I have the gti version (red stitching) in my mk5 with leather interior - nothing else is red stitched but plan to get the ed30 gator/shifter when I can afford one or find one second hand (price from dealer is £220+!)

I had to have a new control module when the wheel was fitted.
Only buttons that don't work for me are the 'phone' and the right hand side 'left and right arrows'.
Left hand side buttons all work for music, right hand side 'up and down' scroll through highline menu.

It's a great wheel - I love mine anyway haha  :driver:
Really modernises the interior IMO

Hope that helps
